Very elegant and classy background. Truly gourmet and modern. The meat and veggies are very high quality ! Zero complaint and I highly recommend !

We went for dinner for a birthday We decided to share few plates. The octopus was so good. Cook perfectly super soft Tacos were good, beef meat very tasty Only the artichokes were not easy to eat because to hard Service was great Atmosphere is nice and cosy

This is one the nice restaurant close/connected to Hilton Midtown. The restaurant has very nice design, comfortable seats and cozy lighting. I’ve been wearing eyeglasses since I was a kid, reading the menu with low light was a bit difficult. We’ve had to use our cell flashlight to read but that does not affect my experience with this restaurant. We had salmon empanada for appetizers and banana foster cake for dessert that we all shared. I ordered ribeye tacos and it was so delicious that I was able to finish all 4! We were offered wines including their house wine, ended up choosing Tizzano. The wine offered to us was mostly the most expensive one, maybe because they noticed were not from Guad. Again, it did not affect my POV simply because I love the food.

V is located in what I believe is an underappreciated mall, which adds to the charm of this steakhouse. Despite the mall setting, the restaurant delivers a high-quality dining experience with an impressive drink menu that has something for everyone. Whether you're into cocktails, wine, or something a little stronger, they’ve got plenty of great options to pair with your meal. For me, the star of the menu is their Tapa, which I believe is the best beef cut they offer. It’s tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. It stands out even in comparison to more traditional cuts like ribeye or filet mignon. As you’d expect from a higher-end steakhouse, the service is top-notch. The staff is professional, attentive, and always makes sure you have everything you need without being intrusive. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a quality steak, excellent drinks, and great service, this spot is definitely worth a visit—even if the location may surprise you.

Great place in midtown Jalisco. The service is unique, with most food finished on the table. The dishes looked so good that I often forgot to take pictures of them as they were served.
